Rhododendron 'Anna'

Comments: Habit: A vigorous, upright plant to 2m.

Foliage: The new growth is a superb red-bronze colour when it first appears, leaves 175 x 65mm, dark green.

Flowers: The flowers appear mid season with deep pink buds opening to light pastel pink which gives a two toned effect. Each flower in the truss has a deep, rich red eye.

History: R. 'Norman Gill' X 'Jean Marie de Montague'. Grown to first flower, named and hybridised by H. Lem in 1952.
