Life form: Shrub - evergreen
Comments: Habit: Very dwarf bun shaped shrub.
Foliage: Very small oblong leaves, densly scaly on both surfaces with transluscent brown scales, also on shoots and flower buds. Leaves also have marginal hairs, but all need a lens to see.
Flowers: Very small open funnel flowers, mauve-purple, in October.
Cultivation information: Good for a rock garden or cool terrace.
