Foliage: Green oblanceolate leaves with prominent veins. The underside is pale gray-green with reddish scales.
Flowers: Creamy white to pale yellow flowers with a distinctly attractive red stripe.
Cultivation note: Prefers growing epiphytically on stumps or logs.
Additional note: Has brown, cinnamon coloured peeling bark on the young stems.
