Comments: Habit: Forms an upright shrub to 4m.
Foliage: Variable leaf shapes ranging form oblong-lanceolate through to elliptic, 2.4-9cm long by 0.6-4 cm wide. The upper surface is a dull green, bullate and scaly with the margins often bristly. The underside hasa covering of soft both dense hairs and scales.
Flowers: 1-5 upright tubular flowers of a crimson red with yellowish tips.
